At Titanic Merch, we want your shopping experience to be smooth sailing from start to finish. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order makes its journey to you — and what to do if you ever need to return something.

 



Shipping Information

 

  • Packed with care: Every order is carefully prepared by hand from our head office in Devon. We aim to have your parcel ready to set sail within 3–5 business days (often quicker!).
  • Tracked delivery: We primarily ship via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Service, or if needed, via EVRI Tracked Delivery, so either way you can follow your order’s voyage all the way to your door.
  • Safe & secure: Each item is packed and sealed with attention to detail, so it reaches you in shipshape condition.
  • Environmentally Friendly: Every order is shipped with eco-friendly packaging which is made in the UK from 100% recyclable materials, whenever possible. Titanic Merch is commited to making sustainable choices and aim to have a positive impact on the environment - including our oceans!

Please note: At this time we can only ship locally, within the United Kingdom. We’d love to expand our voyage further afield sometime in the future, so if you’re overseas and hoping to order, keep an eye on our website for updates.

 


 

Returns Policy

 

We hope you’ll be delighted with your Titanic treasures, but if for any reason you’re not, we’ll be here to help.

 

  • Change of mind:  Returns are accepted if the item is unused, in its original condition, and deemed to be resellable (e.g. the item and/or outer packaging remains unopened & undamaged) within 30 days of the order being placed. If the above criteria is met you will be refunded to the original payment method used, minus any initial postal fees.
  • Faulty or damaged items: If your order arrives with an issue, please get in touch with us as soon as possible with your order number & with photographic or video evidence of the fault. We will cover the cost of a returns label at our discretion. You can either have a full refund for the item, or be sent a replacement!

 

How to return: 

To make your return, we’d recommend using your local Post Office’s 'Royal Mail Signed For' service. Don’t forget to ask for a proof of postage/receipt when you do - this is just so that if anything happens (which is rare), it can be easily chased up.
We encourage you to double-check that your return has been packed securely (ideally in original, or in similarly sturdy packaging) and that the address is clear and visible on the outside of the parcel.
Please also include your name, email address, the order number, and a brief reason of why you are returning your product on a note, and pop that inside the return’s parcel. This’ll mean we will be able to handle your return as efficiently as possible!

Once we receive your return, it will be assessed to determine if it is in re-sellable condition, or if faulty, that the fault is a manufacturing defect and not one caused by any mistreatment since it left us originally.
All going well - we’ll process a refund for the item to the payment method you used at checkout soon after receiving the return. Once a refund has been issued, it can take up to 5 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends) for your bank or PayPal to put the funds back into your account, but it's usually processed on the same day.

 


 

FAQ

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once despatched, most orders arrive within 2–3 working days thanks to Royal Mail’s 48 Hour Tracked service - or, occasionally, via EVRI's tracked service. Tracking information will be provided once your order is packed and ready to start its journey!

Can I send my order as a gift?

Of course! All our parcels are neatly packaged, and while we don’t currently offer gift wrapping, we’re happy to leave out invoices if you’re sending directly to a lucky recipient.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at the moment — we currently ship to UK addresses only. But keep an eye on our site or sign up to our newsletter for updates as we’d love to expand our voyage sometime in the future.

What if I need to return something?
